These Terms & Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern all sales concluded on the Momoracare website (the “Website”) between Momoracare and any person making a purchase through the Website (the “Customer”).
By placing an order on the Website, the Customer acknowledges having read these T&Cs and accepts them without reservation.

The products offered for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of consultation by the Customer.
Each product is accompanied by a detailed description.
Photographs and visuals are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractual.
Momoracare reserves the right to modify its product range at any time.
ARTICLE 3 – PRICES
Prices displayed on the Website are shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP – £) and include all applicable taxes where required by law.
VAT is not applicable under the French micro-enterprise VAT exemption scheme.
Momoracare reserves the right to modify prices at any time.
The price charged is the one in effect at the time the order is validated.
ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS
Orders are placed directly on the Website.
An order is considered final once the following steps have been completed:
validation of the shopping cart,
acceptance of these T&Cs,
confirmation of payment.
An order confirmation email is sent to the Customer once the order has been validated.
Momoracare reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the Customer or suspected fraudulent activity.
ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT
Accepted payment methods include:
Visa
MasterCard
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
Transactions are secured and processed through certified payment service providers.
Payment data is never stored by Momoracare.
ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
Deliveries are carried out exclusively to the United Kingdom.
Estimated timeframes:
Order processing: 1–2 business days from Monday to Friday
Shipping after dispatch: 2–5 business days from Monday to Friday
Total estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days from Monday to Friday
Delivery times are provided as estimates and may be extended due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Customers have 30 business days from the date of receipt of the order to request a return.
Returns are accepted for:
defective products,
non-defective products (change of mind).
Returns are processed in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Returns & Refund Policy.
ARTICLE 8 – REFUNDS
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, refunds are issued within 30 business days.
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
A confirmation email is sent once the refund has been completed.
ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY
Momoracare cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of products.
In all cases, Momoracare’s liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.
ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

ARTICLE 11 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the Website (texts, images, logos, graphics) are the exclusive property of Momoracare and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without prior authorisation is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Failing this, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
