At Momoracare, we aim to provide a clear and transparent returns and refunds policy, in line with Google Merchant Center requirements.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 30 business days from the date the order is received.

Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

be in its original condition, unused and undamaged,

be returned in its original packaging,

include all accessories, labels, and documents provided,

be returned with proof of purchase.

Returns are accepted for:

defective items,

non-defective items (change of mind).

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Please include the following information in your message:

your order number,

the reason for the return.

After validation of your request, you will receive by email:

a return authorisation,

a prepaid return label,

detailed instructions for returning the parcel.

The parcel must be dropped off at a relay point or post office, according to the instructions provided.

Return Shipping Costs

Free Returns

Return shipping costs are covered by Momoracare for returns requested within 30 business days from the date of delivery.

No restocking fees are applied.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

please contact our customer service ideally within 48 hours of receipt,

provide clear photos showing the issue.

After inspection and validation, we will offer:

a replacement, or

a full refund.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Incorrect item received:
Please contact us within 48 hours. Return shipping costs will be covered, and the correct item will be sent or a refund issued.

Item not received:
If your order does not arrive, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. If the issue cannot be resolved, a replacement or refund will be offered.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted and processed at no additional cost.

If you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or model:

return the original item following the procedure above,

once the return is validated, the exchange will be processed.

Refunds

Processing time:
Refunds are issued within 30 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund method:
Refunds are processed using the original payment method.

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
If the order has already been dispatched, the return procedure must be followed after delivery.
